At WingSlide, we strive to deliver high-quality training programs across a variety of domains. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

Once a student enrolls in any course offered by WingSlide and the payment is successfully made, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained under any circumstances. This applies to all training programs and certifications, regardless of the course domain.

Prior to enrollment (i.e., before making any payment), students are encouraged to thoroughly review the course curriculum, structure, duration, and delivery format. Our support team is available to assist with any questions before you decide to proceed with the purchase.

In the rare event that a course is withdrawn or canceled by WingSlide, enrolled students will be eligible for a 100% refund, which will be processed within 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) from the date of cancellation notification.

Payments made for bundled plans, premium upgrades, skill passes, or exclusive offers are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the transaction is complete.

For advertisers promoting services or products on WingSlide platforms, no refunds will be issued once the campaign has started or payment has been received—whichever is earlier. If a campaign is discontinued by WingSlide due to internal reasons, a pro-rata refund will be provided after deducting the cost of services already delivered.

In case of any breach of WingSlide’s Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to reject or cancel refund requests, even if they meet the standard criteria.

WingSlide reserves the right to revise this refund & cancellation policy at any time. Please ensure you review the latest terms and conditions on our website before making any payments.
